Cub Scouts have fun with a purpose! Cub Scout Pack 255 serves boys in first through fifth grade in Montara, Moss Beach, Princeton, El Granada, and Half Moon Bay.  (And new for the 2016/2017 year, there is an additional program for kindergarten-aged boys.)  As a Cub, your child will make lifelong friends as he learns and practices Cub Scout values through age appropriate, individual and group activities.  Our Pack 255 family is very active with something for everyone to participate in.  We like to think of it as a smorgasbord where you take what works for you and leave what doesn't work.  Our committee creates a full calendar of events from September through May, and for those who want to keep going all year, we have a lighter schedule during the summer.

Come check us out!  All are welcome.  We meet as a Pack at the Half Moon Bay Yacht Club at the Harbor.  Pack meetings are usually held the second Wednesday of the month, September through May, although there are some months where we move to the third or fourth Wednesday; check with us.  If you're interested in a smaller meeting, our Dens meet twice a month at different times. Contact us and we can connect you with the appropriate people.

Interested in learning more?  Please use the Contact Us button in the menu in the left hand column of this page to leave us a message.  We look forward to hearing from you!

The Boy Scouts of America have just published a new interactive site to help you with all of your uniform related questions.  It is actually very useful and well put together.

Confused about what goes where?  What patches your Scout needs?  How does the Webelo khaki uniform differ from the Boy Scout one?  This new site from the BSA answers all for you.

Pack 255's leadership completed planning for the 2016/2017 Pack calendar during our most recent Community Meeting.  You can see more using the "Calendar" link in the sidebar on this site, or by following this link: .

Keep in mind some dates are still tentative as we work with remote venues on our scheduling.  But the calendar as it stands today will give you a great idea of what's in store and allow you and your family to start planning your upcoming school year accordingly.

The calendar is full of events of interest to us as members of Pack 255, but also major school holidays, Community Meetings, and Pacific Skyline Council events, meetings, and training.  Use the filters in the left hand side of the page to filter out the content not relevant to you.  And if you feel like we missed something, let us know.
